Amaral, located in San Antonio’s Leyda County, is a 620 h estate at the edge of the Maipo River and the Pacific Ocean.  Humboldt current causes cool weather and winds.  The Pacific’s strong influence on the vineyards planted on the rolling hills around San Antonio, make for truly tasty wines, full of character.

Appearance : Deep straw yellow with golden notes.深金黃稻草色
Aromas : Intense with mineral notes, some graphite, and a pleasant freshness,also find hints of pineapple, peach and white flower. After a while, some hazelnut and almond notes appear.撲鼻而來散發出濃郁成熟的鳳梨香、水蜜桃及白色花香調,其中夾雜著礦物味,過了一會,又跑出如杏仁等榛果的味道。
Flavours : Fresh with an attractive combination of acidity and creaminess, enhanced by the percentage of the wine that was fermented and worked in barrels with resting lees. Complex and more than interesting in the mouth.新鮮的口感帶有吸引人的酸度跟奶香味,此年份有別於以往年份的釀製方法,為了提升酒的厚實度且更具有複雜性及吸引力而在橡木桶中發酵。
Pairing: Salmon with mushroom sauce or a shrimp salad.適合搭配淋上磨菇醬的鮭魚或鮮蝦沙拉

Fermentation Temperature :發酵溫度介於攝氏14度至20度
In Stainless Steel Tanks / Blend in Oak: 88% 放入不銹鋼桶 / 12% 放入橡木桶
Time in Oak: 靜置桶中8個月熟成
Type of Oak: 100%法國橡木桶
Age of Oak : 13%全新橡木桶,87%二次使用的舊桶
