American Fine Wine & Food Pairing

為推廣美式佳餚美酒，美國在台協會農業組於11月1日午後在『大都會美式餐廳』主辦一場『美國佳餚美酒秋之頌』。當天餐廳提供了多道美式風味菜如『香煎生鮪魚』、『路易斯安那什錦飯』以及『碳烤美國自然豬丁骨』等等，搭配來自加州、愛達荷州、華盛頓州及美國其他產區的香醇美酒，一場美式盛宴就此展開。

英卓美食網暨愛吃客季刊執行長艾哲庸更在現場引導賓客細細品嚐美食與佳餚的美味結合。隨夜幕降臨，更多賓客陸續抵達，會場氣氛也更加高昂。肯歐企業有限公司、美多客企業有限公司、酩洋國際酒業等多家酒商都親臨現場，並提供多款美酒予在場人士品飲，共襄盛舉的分享這個歡樂的夜晚。

To promote fine American wine and cuisine, the American institute in Taiwan ’s Agricultural Section hosted the ''American Fine Wine & Food Pairing'' in the Cosmopolitan Restaurant. One the afternoon of November 1, the Institute prepared several American-Style dish, such as ''Seared Ahi Tuna'', ''Louisiana Jambalaya'' and ''Roasted Thick Cut US . Pork Chops'' paired with fine wines from California , Idaho , Washington and other wine regions in the U.S. A truly American feast took place! John H. Isacs, CEO of EnjoyGourmet Digital & Print Media guided the guests in an appreciation of the delectable combination of wine and food. A number of guests came later, heating up the cheerful atmosphere even further. Many wine importers, including Eurowill Enterprise Co.,Ltd. , Allen Wine & Spirits Co.,Ltd. and Leading Brands Wines and Spirits Co.,Ltd., were present, not only providing the guests a variety of fine wines for tasting, but also sharing a wonderful experience.
