This wine born of winemaker’s own worry for show a daily red wine that expresses the pure and honest fruit of the Merlot.

因釀酒師想要釀造出一款每天都可以喝的好酒,而生產出梅洛紅酒。此酒如喉後快速毫不保留地呈現出梅洛純淨的果香味。

The jewel blue tones of our Merlot label were inspired by the waters in and around Chile: the Pacific Ocean, the rivers, waterfalls, lakes, fjords and massive ice fields and glaciers of Patagonia and Antarctica.

寶石藍色色調,我們梅洛標籤的靈感是智利和周圍海域太平洋,河流,瀑布,湖泊,峽灣和大規模的冰原和冰川巴塔哥尼亞和南極洲。

 

 

Description基本資料

Appearance : Deep ruby red with purple notes深紅寶石帶紫色
Aromas : A core of ripe currants and spice surrounded by touches of vanilla and cedar on the nose. 散發出濃郁成熟的黑醋栗及香料味,隱約又帶點
香草及雪松味。
Flavours : Feel a wave of ripe currants and black cherries, with a touch of spice. Medium bodied and juicy with sweet ripe tannins that are perfectly married with the subtle notes of cedar and vanilla from the oak contact. 入喉後口感帶有黑醋栗、黑櫻桃及一絲絲辛香味。中度酒體,多汁甜美的丹寧,由於儲存於橡木桶而產生雪松及香草味,香氣及口感巧妙地結合在一起。
適合搭配油脂豐富的鮭魚或豬肉料理及甜麵包。
Varietal Composition: 85%  Merlot梅洛, 8% Cabernet Sauvignon 卡貝納蘇維翁,7% Camenere 卡門

Vinification Process釀造法及過程
Harvest Date : Grapes were handpicked and selected on March. 當年3月用手工挑選採擷葡萄
Pressing : Neumatic press, whole cluster整串葡萄壓榨
Yeast : PDM 天然酵母菌
Fermentation Temperature : Between 28º ~ 30º C發酵溫度介於攝氏28至30度
Time in Oak : 5 months 10%儲存於橡木桶5個月
Type/Age of Oak : 50% American,50% French. 100% new 50%美國橡木桶,50%法國橡木桶,而使用為全新橡木木桶。
Ageing Potential : 6 Years 可陳年6年
Alcohol: 13% 酒精濃度13%
