Aromas: Ripe red fruit aromas, combined with some floral and spicy notes make this wine unique and special on the nose.

Flavours : Juicy, round and with a good grip give the wine a charming texture. It has very nice, ripe tannins despite the difficulties the vintage presented.

Harvest Date : All grapes were selected and hand harvested, Cabernet Sauvignon between the 20 th and the 26 th of Apri l; the Syrah on 25th April ; the Carmenere on the 3rd of May and the Malbec on the 29 th of the April 2016. 分別自4月到5月,全部手工挑選採擷葡萄
Fermentation Temperature : Between 28º ~ 30º C發酵溫度介於攝氏28至30度
Time in Oak : 5 months 儲存於橡木桶5個月
Type/Age of Oak : 50%放入橡木桶,其中90%法國橡木桶,10%美國橡木桶5個月後再全部倒入不鏽鋼桶繼續熟成。
