We are the fourth generation of wine growers. We are pursuing the tradition of work in the vineyardand wine making with care great. Joël , Alain and David LAJONIE developed the vineyard of château GRAMBOY . It is situated on the left Dordogne River at 5 Kms of Bergerac in South west of France . The vineyard extends over 28 ha of silicieux soil and clay-like subsoil.
品酒小記:
此酒給人清爽溫和的口感,酒質細膩,果香四溢,濃郁的花果香,巧妙地帶有水果酸,單寧成分適中,略帶甜味,餘醞呈現出法國甜白酒的美味。適飲溫度9~12度適飲,搭配前菜、白肉、鵝肝、酸羊奶起士、紅果甜點或巧克力都是不錯的選擇。
It has a flowers and fruity nose. Blend a nice compromise with acidity , fruity and finesse. At a temperature of 9-12° C, it can be served as an aperitif, with white meats, foie gras, blues cheese and desserts with red fruits or chocolate.

葡萄品種:SEMILLON 聖米儂 70%、
MUSCADELLE 慕斯卡(麝香)30%
釀造方式: The vinification is traditional with grapes harvested at optimal maturity . After a direct pressing and sedimentation at 6°C . The fermentation process is temperature-controlled around 18°C . The wine is aged on fine lees and aerated. It is fined and filtered before bottling.釀造方式是採用傳統方式,在葡萄最成熟的時期採收。經過直接壓榨並在攝氏6度下讓原汁沉澱,然後溫度控制在攝氏18度左右自然發酵,保留殘渣並保持通風狀態,最後再裝瓶前仔細過濾。
