Grape variety(ies):Gewurztraminer 葡萄品種為格烏玆塔米那

Origin: The Alsace vineyard is located at the foot of the Vosges ,between Marlenheim and 

                        Thann. Due to its location, it is one of the most northern vineyards in France .

                  酒莊位於法國西北部,在Les Vosges山腳下,北從Marlenheim南至Thann

Soil: Alsace has a mosaic of soils, all very different from one another.

              阿爾薩斯的土壤屬於混和型土壤,每種特性都有別於其他款。

Vinification: The grapes are harvested when fully ripe, the whole gently pressed.   

                                     Alcoholic fermentation in heat-controlled tanks, no malolactic fermentation.

                                     The wine is then racked, filtered and bottled.葡萄在非常成熟的狀態下採

                            收、榨汁,在放入熱溫控制槽中進行酒精發酵但不做乳酸發酵,然後在

                            酒渣中榨出原酒後過濾裝瓶。

Characteristics:

      - Colour:Pale yellow with green hints 色澤呈現淺黃色微帶點綠光。

      - Nose:Floral (rose and violet) and fruity. 玫瑰及紫羅蘭的花香及果香味。

      - Palate:A round and fullbodied wine with nice fruity aromas and floral aromas like rose

                            and violet. First the mouthfeeling is a little bit acerb but the aftertaste is really

                            soft and amazing. 圓潤飽滿的酒體,果香味中帶有玫瑰及紫羅蘭的花香,入

                     喉後的確帶點酸味,但隨後會讓人感受到她令人驚艷及柔順的口感!

Recommendations: Perfect with exotic food and dessert. A lovely apéritif.

                                         非常適合搭配異國料理及甜點,也是一款美味的開胃酒。

Serving condition in C°: 6 to 8°C 適飲溫度在攝氏68

Cellar potential: 2 to 3 years 窖藏可2~3

Alcohol content: 12.5 alc. Vol. 酒精濃度 12.5%

(備註:格烏茲塔明那(Gewürztraminer)--以豐富濃郁的醉人果香與花香聞名,典型的香氣讓人聯想起荔枝和玫瑰,微甜的果味﹐口感圓潤、油滑,與麗絲玲的紮實、乾瘦正好相反,同時也比麗絲玲含有較多的剩餘糖份與酒精。這些特性使得格烏茲塔明那非常適於搭配辛辣的香料與植物,可以和中式料理中的香料與調味料作完美的結合。除了咖哩以外﹐幾乎可以和所有亞洲食物搭配。)
