受惠於優良地理環境的Chateau Roudier,座落在蒙大略Montagne 及聖喬治Saint-Georges山兵的南側,面對著Saint Emilion 聖德米濃北方的山坡。原先是由Berthon家族開拓了好幾代,且嚴格說起來這片葡萄園還是Ernest Berthon先生於二十世紀中葉將其擴大至今日的面積,而後由其女婿Roger Capdemourlin繼承並經營了30年之久。延續其父親過去幾十年來的經營方式,Jacques Capdemourlin 成為今日的接班人,繼續為此家族事業之發展而努力。
Roudier's past
The creation of the vineyards of Château Roudier goes back to the 18th century.
This magnificent estate of 42 hectares, of which 30 are planted in vines, has for several generations belonged to the Berthon family, of which Jacques Capdemourlin is the descendent.
Thanks to an exceptional exposition, Château Roudier is situated on the southern slopes of Saint-Georges and Montagne, facing the northern slopes of Saint-Emilion.
Bordering the Saint-Emilion appellation, the estate is composed of the noble varietals, carefully selected and planted to correspond best to the limestone-clay and siliceous-clay terroirs.
品酒小記:
酒質厚重、酒色高貴、富單寧、豐腴醇美、口感濃郁;最佳適飲溫度為14 -18℃,建議醒酒時間為20-30分鐘,佐以牛、羊、豬、雞、鴨,風味獨特。
The best vintages are bottles at the château, and are very appreciated by a loyal clientele of wine connoisseurs in France and abroad.
Thanks to a large reserve of wines from many vintages in the cellar of the estate, the aging potential has been proven. The oldest vintages of Château Roudier date back to 1928.
