100% fermented in stainless steel after a pre-ferment maceration of one week. Pressed vertically for very soft extraction.

This is a delicious, very fruity, fleshy and soft claret from the Merlot grape mainly, easygoing claret with a hint of a spice on the finish.

Serve this wine at room temperature. It is great on its own and a good partner for cold meats, light picnic or mild creamy cheeses.
