Personally I (winemaker) define Merlot like a variety that's express fineness, elegance and fat tannins whit velvety sensuality. This wine that I present have all of those characteristics plus the unsurpassable conditions of the Colchagua´s Terroir.

Appearance: Intense violet red.深紫羅蘭紅色
Aromas : Black fruit and hints of chocolate. Very good balance between the fruit and wood.
散發出深色水果的果香味及一絲絲巧克力味,在水果味及木香味中取得平衡的香氣。
Flavours : Round and concentrate. Medium bodied, with emphasize in fruit hints. Long finish.
圓潤且濃郁的口感,雖屬中度酒體,但入喉後果香味餘韻不斷。

Harvest Date : Grapes were handpicked and selected during the second and third week of March.

Fermentation Temperature: Between 25º ~ 30º C 發酵溫度介於攝氏25度至30度
Time in Oak: 70%放入25%新的法國及美國橡木桶中8個月
Pump-Overs: 2 - 3 per day 每天打氣翻轉2~3次
Ageing Potential: 5 years 陳年潛力五年
