Winemaking : Using by hand and mechanical harvesting. Traditional technics of vilification. Vatting period from 20 to 30 days at low temperature. Aging for 12 months in oak barrels, a third is renewed each year. Finningallergen-free and filtration before bottled. 同時用機器及手工採收後的葡萄,運用傳統的釀酒技術,放入桶中低溫20~30天。發酵後放入橡木酒桶中12個月熟成,每年重新更換,過濾裝瓶。
Tasting : Shiny colour with ruby tine. Nose is ripen with fruity and vanilla notes. In mouth there is a beautiful balance. This wine is round and silky with persistant fruity note on the finish.
酒色呈現明亮的紅寶石光澤,散發出濃郁的果香及香草香氣,入喉後圓潤及完美的平衡度、絲絨般柔順的口感,尾韻充滿濃濃的果香味。
