Planted with Syrah grapes, this vineyard produces typical wines of character : strong, with body and rich in aromas. Wine lovers will immediately recognize this wine because of its deep, complex bouquet similar to the aromas in a herbalist’s shop.

隆河谷地以生產堅實高雅的希哈紅酒聞名，酒體紮實、酒香濃郁為其典型的特質。所有葡萄酒的愛好者都知此酒色澤深黑，變化豐富的香氣，如同進入香草店。

Food Match 美味搭配:

These wines are perfect with meat (duck, pigeon, or goose) or cheese. They can even be served with exotic food or very spicy dishes, something which is unusual for red wines. Serve slightly below room temperature. 

非常適合搭配鴨肉、乳鴿或鵝肉及起士，甚至搭配辛香重口味的異國料理也是不錯的選擇。建議低於室溫的溫度來品嘗。
