Harvest 收成: The grapes are handpicked in order to guarantee the quality of the fruit為了保證葡萄的品質,完全用手工採擷。
Vinification 釀酒過程:
Traditional vinification with carbonic maceration. All grapes have been vinified under temperature control to keep as much freshness as possible. 利用木炭浸皮來分開沉澱的酒渣,將所有葡萄在低溫進行發酵,以免泡出單寧酸味,如此可以盡量保有水果的香氣。
Aging 熟成: No oak aging. Wine is kept in tanks to maintain fruit and freshness.不放入橡木桶熟成而是放在不銹鋼桶來保持水果的原味跟新鮮度。
Tasting Notes 品酒小記:
A nice golden colour with green tints. Nose is fresh and fruity with floral notes. Mouth is straight and fresh with a lemony finish.
金黃色光澤帶點綠光,新鮮水果及花香調香氣,入口後可以馬上感受到新鮮檸檬的味道。
Food Match 美味搭配:
Ideal as an aperitif or with salads, seafood creamy dishes. Serve at 12-14C.
可當開胃酒或搭配沙拉、奶油海鮮拼盤。適飲溫度為攝氏12~14度。
