Vinification & Aging 釀酒過程及熟成:

Made from a variety of well known grapes : Syrah adds depth of colour and backbone, Grenache brings the fruit flavours, Cinsault enhances the fruity aromas, Carignan enhances the colour and adds intensity to the flavours. Vinification and aging in stainless steel vats. 由多種知名葡萄所釀製:喜若使得酒色更深沉、酒體更紮實；格納屈帶來濃郁的果香；辛索則加強水果香氣跟口感，加里農同時增加酒的色澤跟濃郁度。發酵跟熟成都在不繡鋼桶中完成。 

Tasting Notes 品酒小記:

Attractive cherry colour. A medium-bodied yet round, smooth wine. Fresh, generous and satisfying with flavours of soft berries and spice. 吸引人的櫻桃色光澤，是款中度酒體、圓潤順口的好酒。新鮮、濃郁的莓類水果風味及辛香味。
