Grape Variety : 100% Pinot Noir   100%黑比諾

Climat : Les Chaignots, this plot is situated next to the premiers

Crus of Vosne Romanee, which means that while this wine remains typical of “Nuits”, the Vosne Romanee terroir is influential, giving a particular elegance and finesse.

此塊葡萄園比鄰 Vosne Romanee的一級園,因此此款酒既具有 Nuits濃郁果香的特徵,同時又有 Vosne Romanee的優雅和細緻的口感。 

Winemaking : The grapes are hand-picked, 100% de-stemmed and put into vats.  After a cold prefermentary maceration, the alcoholic fermentation starts.  During this fermentation, punching of the cap is carried out twice a day.  The wine is then raised in oak barrels for 18 months (30 to 50% new oak).  It is racked 1 to 3 times during this period.  The wine is bottled after fining and without filtration, to allow the aromas to express themselves fully.

釀酒工序 : 純手工採擷100%去梗後迅速放入發酵桶。在長時間的冷浸後開始進行酒精發酵,發酵期間每天攪桶2次,橡木桶中陳釀18個月 (30%~50%為新橡木桶)。此期間瀝清3次,裝瓶前葡萄酒經過澄清而未過濾,這樣香氣會更集中飽滿。

 

Tasting Note : A brilliant deep garnet colour.  The nose opens up with aromas of dark berries and red fruits.  It is fruity, will structured and powerful on the palate.  This Nuits Saint Georges 1er Cru Les Chaignots is balanced, full of finesse and of beautiful length.

品酒小記 : 明亮的深石榴紅色,撲鼻的黑莓、紅果等香氣。入口以果味為主導,酒體結構紮實、圓潤飽滿、平衡,口感細膩優雅,尾韻悠長。

 

Serving Suggestions : Chickenbreast of duck with blackcurrants and cheeses.

配餐建議 : 雞肉料理、果醬鴨胸及各式起士

 

Ageing Potential : To appreciate it right now or let it age in the cellar for 10 to15 years.
