Grape variety(ies): A blend of Auxerrois (majority) and Pinot Blanc

由占大多數的歐賽瓦葡萄及白比諾混釀。

Origin: Alsatian vineyard is situated at the foot of the Vosges, between Marlenheim and Thann.

酒莊位於Vosges山腳下,介於MarlenheimThann中間。

Soil: Alsace owns a mosaic of terroirs very different from each other.

阿爾薩斯的土壤擁有與其他地區完全不一樣的風土條件。

Vinification: Alcoholic fermentation under controlled temperatures.  Aged on fine less for 3/4 months. Blended and then bottled for the second alcoholic fermentation called “prise de mousse” that gives the natural bubbles (effervescence) to the wine.  Aged on less for 12 months. Use the traditional method as champenoise method the “ICE”.

挑選酵母菌後放入溫度控制槽中進行酒精發酵將近1個月,混和後裝瓶再進行第二次酒精發酵進而產生天然的氣泡,有如慕絲般細緻。放置最少12個月,用傳統釀製香檳的方式來釀製ICE

Characteristics:

- Colour: The Cremant has fine form and golden colour with amber-yellow tints.

色澤呈現金黃色光隱約帶點琥珀色。

- Nose: It has a surprising but pleasant bouquet with distinguished aromas of yellow fruit.

帶有令人驚豔、愉悅的香氣,散發出黃色果類的優雅芳香。

- Palate: With a full, strong and long lasting palate, it is the expression of the blend’s richness through this stout Cremant with dry fruits aromas.

入口後馬上感受到飽滿、強勁持久的酒體,從厚實的Cremant乾果類顯現出混釀多元豐厚的香氣。

 

Recommendations: A half dry wine which to be appreciated served with a dessert, like a fruit tart or aperitif.

適合搭配甜點,像是水果塔或當開胃酒。

Serving with ICE: 杯內加入冰塊,口感特別、風味絕佳。

Alcohol content: 12 alc. Vol.酒精濃度12%
