Alsace 隔著萊茵河與德國為鄰,酒風十分接近。Alsace酒有鮮花的幽香,酒味也較濃烈,且獨特高雅修長的酒瓶,很容易與法國其他地區的酒區別。一種對葡萄酒的熱情、耐心以及經驗的結合,使得Laugel羅傑爾酒廠成為代表性Alsace酒及Cremants的第一位釀造廠,在Alsace不論乾型或甜型的白酒都有極精采的表現。

Grape variety(ies):Tokay-Pinot Gris, one of Alsace 's noble varieties. 葡萄品種為托凱-灰比諾,是一款阿爾薩斯獨有的特殊品種。

 

(備註:灰皮諾 Pinot Gris--為阿爾薩斯最受歡迎的佐餐酒之一。它帶有動人的柔軟成熟水果之香氣,容易入口﹐香味濃郁且口感豐盈﹐酒精含量較高﹐酸度不太明顯﹐可搭配白肉﹑野味﹐而其渾厚的口感﹐也適合搭配味道濃重的食物。)

 

Origin: The Alsace vineyard is located at the foot of the Vosges , between Marlenheim and Thann. Due to its location, it is one of the most northern vineyards in France . 酒莊位於法國西北部,在Les Vosges山腳下,北從Marlenheim南至Thann

 

Soil:Alsace has a mosaic of soils, all very different from one another. 阿爾薩斯的土壤屬於混和型土壤,每種特性都有別於其他款。

 

Vinification: The grapes are harvested when fully ripe, the whole gently pressed. Alcoholic fermentation in heat-controlled tanks, no malolactic fermentation. The wine is then racked, filtered and bottled. 葡萄在非常成熟的狀態下採收、榨汁,在放入熱溫控制槽中進行酒精發酵但不做乳酸發酵,然後在酒渣中榨出原酒後過濾裝瓶。

 

Characteristics:

- Colour: Golden yellow. 色澤呈現金黃色。

 

- Nose: The nose is fine, elegant and aromatic with a freshness which opens up with undergrowth and ripe fruit notes like apricot, peach, plum and cherry.

獨特優雅的香氣,榛果類像是杏仁及新鮮成熟的水果像是水蜜桃、梅子及櫻桃香味。

 

- Palate: This wine is full-bodied, aromatic and has an great volume. Acidity enables a good balance so that undergrowth and ripe fruit notes can be released.

酒體飽滿,酸度平衡,充分把成熟水果的香氣完全釋放出來,屬於糖分不多的白酒。

 

Recommendations:

Can be served with chicken vol-au-vent (bouchée à la reine), apple and cranberry black pudding and chocolate desserts like Charlotte.

搭配雞肉及蘋果及黑蔓越莓布丁或巧克力甜點都是絕配。

 

Serving condition in C°: 適飲溫度在攝氏1012

 

Cellar potential: 5 to10 years 窖藏可5~10

 

Acidity G/L: 5.5 每公升餘留5.5克酸度
